Human Resources Business Partner (Operations)

What you will do

• Advise and coach Operations leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership practices.
• Support workforce planning, team performance, employee engagement, and leadership pipeline development.
• Lead complex employee relations matters, including performance management, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with leaders to attract, retain, and develop talent while supporting succession planning.
• Drive organizational changes, continuous improvement, and adoption of corporate HR programs.
• Analyze people metrics and trends, identify risks and opportunities, and work with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
• Experience in change management and strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and emotional maturity, sound judgment, integrity, diplomacy, tact, and high ethical standards when handling sensitive situations.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels in a fast-paced environment.
