Senior Consultant, Workforce Experience (Human Resources)

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week onsite at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research using surveys, focus groups, and structured interviews.
• Analyze employee feedback, HR metrics, case data, interview findings, and workforce datasets to identify trends and systemic issues.
• Lead complex and sensitive workforce reviews, assessing and escalating risks and concerns.
• Translate research findings into evidence-based recommendations, reports, and presentations for senior leaders.
• Partner with HR, business leaders, and internal stakeholders to shape workforce initiatives and organizational improvements.

Requirements

• Degree in human resources, business, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
• Experience with HR policies, practices, and processes, including employee relations, qualitative and quantitative research, and workforce insights.
• Strong critical thinking, data interpretation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive workplace matters in alignment with policies, regulatory requirements, legislation, and governance practices.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
