Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; onsite retail store role

Base pay: $16.00–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent hirify.global values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend ways to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Maintain compliance with company and store procedures while supporting daily operations.
• Mentor clienteling strategies, support customer relationships, and provide HR and conflict-resolution assistance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, feedback, and team-building skills.
