Lead Supervisor- Full Time (Retail)

Location: Lake Grove, United States; onsite at Smith Haven - Coach

Salary: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, support store operations, and help achieve sales targets.
• Represent Coach values and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level team training.
• Provide feedback and guidance, hold team members accountable, and support conflict resolution.
• Enforce company and store policies while fostering collaboration and an inclusive culture.

Requirements

• 1+ year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver across the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong customer focus, business acumen, communication, and team-building skills.
