Lead Supervisor I

Location: Oxon Hill, Maryland, USA (National Harbor - Coach)

Base pay range: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Represent Coach values, increase brand awareness, and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, and individualized team development.
• Provide feedback and guidance, hold team members accountable, and enforce company and store procedures.
• Mentor the team on clienteling, support customer relationships, and provide HR and conflict-resolution assistance when needed.

Requirements

• 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Demonstrated customer focus, interpersonal skills, creativity, accountability, and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Ability to develop direct reports, build effective teams, and drive results.
