Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Location: Tigard, Oregon, USA — Washington Square - hirify.global; onsite retail role

Base pay: $16.00–$24.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor to achieve store sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a hirify.global brand ambassador and implement company initiatives across store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance and KPIs.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build a collaborative, inclusive, customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support while enforcing company and store procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Strong leadership, customer focus, business acumen, strategic agility, and team-building skills.
