Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Base pay: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent brand values, increase brand awareness, and support company initiatives and store operations.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Recruit, interview, evaluate, train, and develop team members while providing ongoing feedback and guidance.
• Build a customer-centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies for long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support and enforce company and store procedures.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, bend, kneel, reach, stretch, and maneuver throughout the sales floor and stockroom.
• Demonstrated courage, creativity, customer focus, adaptability, results orientation, interpersonal skills, and learning agility.
• People-management capabilities including strategic agility, developing others, and building effective teams.
