Business Development Manager, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)

Location: Remote, nationwide within the United States; ideally based in Texas or Colorado. Candidates must reside in the US and hold US citizenship. Travel up to 50% nationally and internationally is required.

Total compensation: $153,000–$208,000, including base salary, variable pay when applicable, and benefits.

What you will do

• Create new business opportunities and expand EMC brand awareness across relevant markets.
• Promote and grow the EMC test equipment portfolio among OEMs and testing laboratories.
• Create and present technical seminars and webinars for internal and external customers.
• Develop business plans addressing trends and customer needs in the EMC testing market.
• Coordinate account managers and application engineers to identify industry interdependencies and win key opportunities.
• Collaborate with market segment management, product marketing, R&D, service, and product planning organizations.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• In-depth understanding of EMC standards and testing methodologies.
• Established network within the EMC testing industry and relevant sales experience.
• Strong RF and test equipment background is preferred.
• Ability to create and present technical content and communicate effectively with customers.
• US residence and US citizenship are required.
