TL;DR
Professional Services Consultant (GRC): Supporting client implementations of Mitratech’s GRC suite through requirements analysis, software configuration, testing, training, and go-live support with an accent on business requirements, functional GRC expertise, and client collaboration. Focus on configuring business intelligence reports, participating in UAT, and making recommendations that address implementation risks and issues.
Location: Remote, Mexico; candidates must reside in Mexico. Travel required up to 40%.

What you will do
- Support the successful delivery of client implementation projects for the GRC product suite.
- Gather, analyze, and define client business requirements, then provide recommendations with associated risks and issues.
- Configure Mitratech software and business intelligence reports using the BI tool.
- Lead or support conference room pilots, user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and client training.
- Provide functional and best-practice guidance on GRC topics while partnering with risk experts and client executives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary and virtual project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Initial experience in project management.
- Strong verbal communication, networking, relationship-building, organizational, and independent working skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experience working with virtual project teams.
Nice to have
- Experience or skills in business intelligence, analytics reporting, and SQL.
