Principal Change Management Consultant Technology (Prosci/ERP/SaaS): Leading organizational change strategies for higher education institutions undergoing enterprise technology and business transformations with an accent on stakeholder engagement, adoption, communication, and training. Focus on assessing organizational readiness, mitigating resistance, defining adoption KPIs, and delivering complex client engagements remotely from Mexico.
Location: Remote from Mexico; up to 25% travel required.

What you will do
- Develop and execute organizational change management strategies for enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Partner with institutional leaders, faculty, staff, and students to align transformation goals and drive adoption.
- Assess stakeholders, organizational readiness, business processes, technology ecosystems, and resistance points.
- Create communication plans, training programs, workshops, and enablement materials for end users and leadership teams.
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure adoption and transformation effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and client leadership teams across multiple engagements.
Requirements
- 4–10 years of experience in organizational change management, consulting, customer success, or transformation leadership.
- Prosci certification or certification in a recognized change management methodology.
- Experience leading enterprise change initiatives in ERP or SaaS transformation environments.
- Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as Banner, Colleague, Workday, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including executive influence.
- Experience designing and delivering training and communication strategies; comfortable working remotely with up to 25% travel.
