What you will do

• Support market access, health economics, business strategy, patient journey, access metrics, and retrospective database study projects for pharmaceutical and medical device clients in Canada.
• Contribute to study design, methodology development, and innovative frameworks for client problems.
• Prepare study protocols, reports, presentations, abstracts, and manuscripts using qualitative and quantitative real-world data.
• Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze databases and registries, and interpret findings.
• Conduct workshops, moderate discussions, and present results to external clients.
• Assist with project management, client management, and proposal preparation based on client RFPs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in database or health outcomes research, or a relevant pharmaceutical, healthcare, analytics, epidemiology, pharmacovigilance, health economics, biostatistics, or real-world evidence role.
• PhD, Master's degree, or MBA in a relevant health sciences field.
• Experience in healthcare consultancy, the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, academic or government research, or health services research.
• Understanding of outcomes research theory and practical experience implementing research projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Functional written and spoken English is required for collaboration with stakeholders across Canada and worldwide.

Nice to have

• Understanding of the pharmaceutical reimbursement process in Canada.
• Experience programming Visual Basic for Applications in Excel.
• Experience with SAS, SPSS, or R.
