Corporate Treasury Project Management Analyst (Finance)

Location: New York, NY, United States; onsite office role

Salary: USD 85,000–120,000 per year

hirify.global’s Corporate Treasury division manages firmwide funding, capital allocation, asset-liability risk, and liquidity while supporting strategic and client activities.

What you will do

• Execute strategic Corporate Treasury initiatives across cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, objectives, plans, requirements, milestones, and measures of success.
• Coordinate business analysis, user acceptance testing, implementation, quality assurance, and project governance.
• Track progress, budgets, issues, risks, and mitigation plans, escalating matters to management when needed.
• Prepare project materials and communicate updates to business leaders, subject matter experts, regulators, creditors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multi-year programs using agile and waterfall methodologies and tools including Smartsheet, Confluence, and JIRA.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or a relevant field.
• 0–3 years of experience in the position or a related role.
• 0–2 years of experience communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders throughout the project management lifecycle.
• Experience with project management activities such as stakeholder management, requirements definition, milestone planning, execution, integration, implementation, testing, reporting, and governance.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficient to advanced skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
