What you will do

• Source and attract top software developer talent for clients.
• Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels for candidate sourcing.
• Screen profiles to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Introduce qualified candidates to clients and manage them through the hiring process.

Requirements

• Upper Intermediate to Advanced spoken and written English (C1+).
• Ability to work in the US time zone (9am to 3pm Pacific Time).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
