Junior Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote, with required availability from 9am to 3pm Pacific Time for video calls, communication, and performance.

What you will do

• Search for and attract software developer candidates for client roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative channels.
• Screen profiles for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Introduce selected candidates to clients.
• Guide candidates through the client hiring process and finalize engagements.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate to advanced spoken and written English, including real-time conversation.
• Availability during US Pacific Time core hours, from 9am to 3pm.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week.
