IT Ops Engineer (AI)

Location: Onsite in New York City, United States

Base pay: $116,000–$174,000 per year, plus benefits and equity-based compensation.

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support for in-office and remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and related technical issues.
• Use AI tools to triage requests, write scripts, draft documentation, and automate repetitive work.
• Manage help-desk tickets, user accounts, access controls, endpoint tools, and onboarding workflows.
• Support office AV, conference-room technology, team events, and all-hands meetings.
• Partner with Onboarding, Workplace Services, People, and IT colleagues on equipment provisioning, rollouts, and process improvements.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and common issues.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, AV, and network environments.
• Strong understanding of macOS, networking, and security.
• Active, regular use of AI tools for automation, scripting, documentation, triage, and problem-solving.
• Clear communication, strong organization, initiative, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City office.
