Senior Manager, Services Portfolio Production (Cybersecurity)

Location: US-based only; hybrid or onsite work may be required at headquarters in Columbia, Maryland, or Boston, Massachusetts. Some office travel may be required.

Salary: $130,000–$173,333.33 USD annually, plus variable compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and lead a production engine for professional services collateral, training offerings, videos, and go-to-market launches.
• Lead the evolution of hirify.global’s corporate house style and manage rebrand timelines across One hirify.global and Prime assets.
• Coordinate with Sales Enablement, GTM, Prime leadership, Services Architects, Portfolio Program Management, and domain specialists.
• Design governed, repeatable workflows covering requirements, design, production, review, and final delivery.
• Own the LMS, training delivery platforms, global collateral library, and access management for portfolio assets.
• Track production throughput, quality, cycle time, launch dependencies, and bottlenecks while maintaining technical and brand standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes, ideally in professional services or training-content environments.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff.
• Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for services or training offerings.
• Working knowledge of network security and vulnerability management; familiarity with hirify.global.io, hirify.global.sc, and Nessus is strongly preferred.
• Experience administering an LMS and managing a content or collateral library at scale, plus familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent launches in an agile, frequently changing environment.
