L&D Program Manager

Location: New York, New York, United States. Positions listed within a specific city are only available in that location and may follow a hybrid-remote or in-office schedule depending on the role.

Base salary: $100,000–$110,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own and evolve employee listening programs, including engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, and lifecycle surveys.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and root causes.
• Develop reporting, narratives, recommendations, communications, action-planning resources, and follow-up mechanisms.
• Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from pre-boarding through the first 90 days.
• Coordinate onboarding improvements across People, Talent Acquisition, IT, Workplace, Learning & Development, and business teams.
• Design, standardize, document, measure, and automate scalable employee experience workflows.

Requirements

• Strong program and project management skills, including scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and accountability.
• Ability to diagnose ambiguous challenges, identify root causes, and create structured solutions.
• Strong analytical judgment, including combining quantitative data with qualitative insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Curiosity about technology, AI, automation, and continuous process improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with people strategy, employee engagement, belonging, employee listening, onboarding, or lifecycle programs.
• Experience coordinating initiatives across multiple teams and supporting global or distributed organizations.
• Experience with Lattice, Seismic, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and workflow automation.
