Growth Strategy Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid within Germany or the UK, with occasional office attendance required. Work from abroad is available for up to 30 working days per year.

What you will do

• Build intuitive dashboards and reporting tools for KPI and pipeline visibility.
• Transform complex data into repeatable insights that support commercial decision-making.
• Connect Salesforce, Slack, and other tools to streamline workflows and remove operational friction.
• Explore and implement AI features and automations for routine commercial operations.
• Maintain reliable CRM structures and revenue models for long-term scaling.

Requirements

• Experience or demonstrated aptitude in RevOps, Sales Operations, data analytics, or CRM management.
• Comfort working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience or strong interest in workflow automation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and visualization tools to turn data into actionable insights.
• Open, growth-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate across diverse business stakeholders.
