Senior Business Manager (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Provide strategic and tactical support to the Distribution business, the Head of Sales Management, and Channel Heads.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify priorities, assess opportunities, and deliver business initiatives.
• Prepare recurring management information, governance reports, executive materials, and board-level reporting.
• Coordinate with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Strategy, and Technology teams to resolve business issues.
• Promote effective Salesforce adoption, improve data quality, and lead process automation and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support training for Distribution teams and develop appropriate assessment content.

Requirements

• Significant experience supporting senior executives and distribution leadership teams.
• Proven experience leading strategic and operational initiatives and delivering outcomes with limited supervision.
• Experience preparing executive and board-level materials and developing governance, performance management, and control frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of governance, controls, and operating models within a regulated financial services environment.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, experience using AI, and the ability to interpret business performance and management information.
