Senior Business Operations & Strategy Manager (Fintech)

Location: London or New York City; hybrid working

Salary: $165,000–$210,000 USD per year for USA-based candidates

What you will do

• Own the company-wide strategic planning process and OKR engine in partnership with C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop growth, expansion, vertical, and pricing strategies by connecting product, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Conduct market sizing, quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and business case evaluation for strategic investments and resource allocation.
• Lead complex, mission-critical cross-functional initiatives from planning through measurable delivery.
• Deploy AI tools, automation workflows, and operational playbooks to improve productivity and remove operational friction.
• Challenge assumptions, clarify ambiguous problems, and establish alignment across conflicting priorities.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in a fast-paced technology environment, including strategy and operations or business operations roles.
• Experience directly advising and influencing C-level executives, presenting complex trade-offs, and driving alignment.
• Proven ownership of complex, company-critical strategic initiatives from end to end.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems and imperfect information into clear, actionable direction.
• Intellectual curiosity, drive, and the confidence to challenge assumptions across the organization.
• AI-native builder mindset with experience designing strategies, analyzing data, and implementing solutions.
