PeopleSoft Integration Developer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

What you will do

• Design and develop PeopleSoft Integration Broker scenarios, including service operations, queues, routings, handlers, and transformations.
• Build synchronous and asynchronous REST and SOAP integrations with internal systems, cloud applications, third-party platforms, and middleware.
• Configure service security using WS-Security, OAuth2, and certificate-based authentication.
• Build error handling, retry, monitoring, notification, and resubmission workflows.
• Lead migrations from legacy point-to-point integrations to standardized Integration Broker patterns and optimize high-volume processing.
• Provide documentation, hypercare, incident response, root-cause analysis, code and design reviews, and mentorship for junior and mid-level engineers.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization is required; applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, EAD holders, or H-1B transfer candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least five years of PeopleSoft development experience with a strong focus on Integration Broker; the position requests 12+ years of overall experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, WS-Security, and OAuth2.
• Strong SQL skills, knowledge of the PeopleSoft data model, and experience supporting upgrades and patches.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OIC, MuleSoft, or Boomi middleware platforms.
