EHS Intern Summer 2027 (Life Sciences)

What you will do

• Support the EHS Director and Industrial Hygiene/Occupational Health Supervisor in a production environment.
• Update industrial hygiene programs and help develop site risk assessments and the annual sampling plan.
• Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring to evaluate occupational exposures.
• Document monitoring results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to production-area owners and associates.
• Complete additional industrial hygiene and safety projects assigned by EHS leadership.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a college-based occupational health and safety or related program.
• Ability to work independently after receiving direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic understanding of safety and industrial hygiene principles.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
