Project Engineer Intern - Summer 2027

What you will do

• Assist the project team with completing designated construction projects.
• Develop an understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
• Support job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control, and safety activities.
• Learn construction industry processes, procedures, and business policies.

Requirements

• Employment eligibility in the United States must be verified.
• Pursue a bachelor's degree in construction engineering, construction management, or a closely related field.
• Be within 18 months of graduation.
• Be available to work 40 hours per week for at least three months.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, and architectural and engineering drawings.
• Clear oral and written communication skills.
