What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering execution from concept through launch across mechanical, electrical, controls, and firmware disciplines as applicable.
• Create and maintain integrated engineering plans covering requirements, design outputs, verification and validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Manage master schedules, dependencies, critical paths, recovery plans, and engineering milestone commitments.
• Run execution reviews, design and test readiness reviews, and stage-gate evidence reviews while maintaining project dashboards.
• Drive technical risk management, RAID tracking, change control, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Develop and improve global Engineering Project Management standards, templates, metrics, playbooks, and training resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering degree or equivalent technical experience is strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of project leadership experience, preferably in engineering or new product development.
• Experience with schedule management, cost or budget oversight, and cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to lead through influence, build stakeholder networks, and translate technical status into executive-ready reporting.
• Working knowledge of requirements and test tracking, configuration and change control, and schedule and cost controls.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed for global and regional projects.
