Workplace IT Solutions Engineer (AV)

Salary: $60,700–$151,800 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Provide third-tier remote and local support for enterprise conference room AV systems and IT environments.
• Design AV systems and consult with business units on hardware and installation standards.
• Configure, install, maintain, and upgrade AV and IT hardware and software.
• Diagnose complex operating issues, recommend system improvements, and meet service-level standards.
• Maintain operating-system security, backup procedures, recovery processes, and infrastructure operations.
• Lead or support projects, train end users and junior staff, and maintain technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise audio and visual systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, workstation technologies, networking, AV industry standards, and network administration.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced ability to build effective relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Intermediate project management exposure.
