IT Operations Engineer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; in-person and onsite

Salary: $136,000–$204,000 per year, plus benefits and equity-based compensation.

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support for in-office and remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and endpoint issues.
• Use AI tools to triage requests, write scripts, draft documentation, and research solutions.
• Manage help-desk tickets, user accounts, access controls, onboarding equipment, and employee setup workflows.
• Support office AV, conference-room technology, events, and all-hands meetings.
• Maintain IT documentation and collaborate on technology rollouts, process improvements, and company-wide initiatives.
• Partner with Workplace Services, People, Onboarding, and other IT team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, AV, networking, and macOS environments.
• Working knowledge of security practices, cybersecurity, user accounts, and access controls.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York City office.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, service-oriented, adaptable, and able to communicate technical issues clearly.
• Regular, practical use of AI tools is required for automation, scripting, documentation, and problem-solving.
