Lexus Service Consultant (Automotive)

Location: Henderson, Nevada, United States; onsite

Salary: $60,000–$150,000 annually, paid bi-weekly through a commission plan; pay guarantee for the first four months.

What you will do

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, courteous service experience.
• Act as the liaison between guests and technicians throughout the repair process.
• Monitor vehicle progress and communicate updates to customers.
• Use the MPI system to present recommended maintenance and repair services.
• Sell appropriate services, obtain customer approval, and support repair-order completion.
• Resolve customer concerns while following company values, policies, and business conduct standards.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school, three to four years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain insurability.
• Successful pre-employment drug screening.
