Customer Service Consultant (Automotive Sales)

Location: Remote, with candidates required to live within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The role may require testing and travel for automotive sales licensing in certain states.

Salary: $20.70–$31.40 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries online and by phone to understand vehicle purchasing needs.
• Use hirify.global inventory knowledge to recommend suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers through online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and vehicle delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate a seamless transition between online and in-store purchasing.
• Achieve sales targets while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Mentor colleagues as skills and experience develop.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in retail.
• Strong listening, written communication, verbal communication, and customer-focus skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work toward performance goals in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedule changes twice per year based on business needs.
• Must live within 100 miles of the Customer Experience Center location.
