Manufacturing Lead, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Manufacturing and Automotive)

Location: On-site in Toronto, Ontario, at the client location, with travel as required. Canadian citizenship is required.

Salary: CAD 130,000–160,000 base annually. Total estimated compensation, including annual incentive compensation, is CAD 149,500–200,000.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing business process reviews covering production planning, shop floor execution, bills of materials, routings, and quality management.
• Own manufacturing requirements definition and translate shop floor needs into designs for architecture and technical teams to configure and build.
• Facilitate design workshops with plant managers, production supervisors, and manufacturing subject matter experts.
• Direct the use of Copilot and Dynamics 365 AI-assisted capabilities for discovery, requirements capture, test scripting, and user enablement.
• Coordinate manufacturing decisions with supply chain and finance leads and serve as the day-to-day manufacturing contact for the client.
• Lead validation, testing, training, deployment, and consultant mentorship across the manufacturing workstream.

Requirements

• Canadian citizenship is required for the client engagement and related U.S. travel.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in the Toronto, Ontario area and travel as required.
• 5–7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Deep manufacturing operations knowledge covering production planning, shop floor execution, and quality management.
• Experience leading manufacturing process design and requirements definition in ERP implementations, including discrete, process, or lean manufacturing.
• Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and client relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on functional experience with Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management manufacturing modules.
• Automotive OEM or Tier 1/2 supplier experience.
• Experience with AI-driven production planning, predictive quality, or shop-floor automation tools.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management certifications, such as MB-330.
• Consulting experience at a systems integrator or professional services firm.
