Intern – Corporate Strategy and Enterprise Quality

What you will do

• Support corporate and business strategy initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and quality management activities.
• Analyze business and operational data and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Present findings clearly through written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate independently and as part of a team on energy-industry challenges.

Requirements

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Public Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Currently enrolled in an academic bachelor's or postgraduate degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in strategy, process improvement, or quality management.
• Available for a full-time internship from the start of June through the second week of August 2027.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or the Baldrige Excellence Framework.
• Interest or experience in communications, content creation, or instructional design.
• Familiarity with data visualization or dashboarding tools such as Power BI.
