Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; work is on-site.
Compensation: up to $80,000 per year; base pay of $32.50 per hour.

What you will do
- Install home remodeling products according to established standards and procedures.
- Complete window replacements and window-wrapping work.
- Perform finish carpentry for construction applications.
- Communicate with management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
- Complete the carpentry job checklist with homeowners at the end of each project.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
- Experience with window replacements and/or window wrapping.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for working with homeowners and team members.
- Ability to work on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
