Window & Door Installer

Location: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States; Workplace: On-site

Pay: $29 per hour plus potential monthly bonus

What you will do

• Install windows and doors according to company standards and customer contracts.
• Review job packets, inspect delivered materials, and prepare protected, clean work areas.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and demonstrate completed product functionality.
• Report job-site concerns to the Lead Installer or Project Manager and review completed work for quality.
• Coordinate with the Production Coordinator and submit daily timesheets.
• Collect required customer payments upon project completion.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience installing and repairing windows, doors, and siding.
• Experience using installation tools and equipment, including a brake.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, complete projects on schedule, and provide strong customer service.
• Ability to safely lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 105 pounds.
• Comfort working on ladders, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
