Salary: $26.87–$33.59 per hour, based on full-time equivalent.

What you will do
- Coordinate the assigned healthcare program’s administrative operations, resources, staffing, scheduling, front desk functions, and patient-service workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to improve service outcomes, patient comfort, operational efficiency, and continuity of care.
- Manage administrative processes including payroll and budget compliance, revenue capture, prior authorization, supplies, billing, communications, and recordkeeping.
- Collect and analyze operational, financial, market, and quality data to support planning, business development, and evidence-based decisions.
- Coordinate communications, meetings, stakeholder engagement, employee interviews, onboarding, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Support the development and evaluation of new or expanded clinical programs in collaboration with physicians, leadership, marketing, finance, legal, reimbursement, and compliance functions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and three years of administrative experience; or an associate degree and five years of experience; or a high school diploma/equivalent and seven years of experience.
- Extensive administrative experience with strong organizational, management, communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
- Computer literacy, including word processing, electronic spreadsheets, data entry, and the ability to learn new applications.
- Understanding of healthcare expenses, revenue, reimbursement models, business planning, financial processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, develop recommendations, lead teams, and manage projects and financial planning.
- Work is based at the Heart Center of MetroWest in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual communication skills.
