Senior Digital Health Innovation Analyst (Digital Health)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid work with occasional onsite presence

Salary: $106,200–$118,400 per year

What you will do

• Serve as an internal consultant for clinical, research, operational, and administrative teams, leading discovery and opportunity assessments for digital health innovation.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, workflow observation, process mapping, and needs assessments to define feasible digital solutions.
• Plan and deliver digital health pilots and scalable solutions, including requirements, testing, training, go-live, stabilization, and post-launch optimization.
• Perform external benchmarking, market scans, literature and industry research, and vendor engagement to evaluate emerging capabilities and support solution selection.
• Prepare research summaries, workflow analyses, requirements, roadmaps, recommendations, and governance materials for leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate adoption, user experience, outcomes, operational efficiency, ROI, and benefits realization.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in information systems, health informatics, healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in business and/or healthcare.
• Experience with stakeholder research, workshop facilitation, workflow analysis, requirements management, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery, including planning, dependencies, risks, vendors, implementation readiness, and adoption.
• Knowledge of digital health delivery, human-centered design, applied research, prototyping, pilot execution, change adoption, and benefits realization.
• Ability to address privacy, HIPAA, security, clinical safety, data stewardship, accessibility, health literacy, and WCAG requirements.

• Experience shaping solutions for complex business, clinical, and operational challenges.
• Experience leading leadership alignment workshops and hands-on user research.
• Experience advising stakeholders on prioritization and sequencing based on feasibility, risk, and value.
