Practice Manager II (Outpatient Rehab)

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire, with travel and time as needed at outpatient locations in Bedford, Londonderry, and Hooksett. Primarily day shift, Monday-Friday.

What you will do

• Oversee daily administrative operations, patient interactions, clinical workflows, documentation, scheduling, customer service, and financial processing across outpatient rehabilitation practices.
• Manage intake representatives supporting centralized scheduling, insurance verification, referral processing, and patient throughput across the rehabilitation network.
• Coordinate with revenue cycle, finance, contracting, and Revenue Integrity teams to maintain compliant processing and optimize reimbursement.
• Manage administrative and clinical staff, schedules, coverage, performance reviews, training, and performance improvement plans.
• Monitor staffing, volumes, budgets, patient experience goals, and operational performance; implement workflow and quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, HIPAA, OSHA, DNV, infection prevention, and patient service requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably managing a multi-location practice.
• Experience with staff supervision, scheduling, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational coordination.
• Ability to work primarily daytime Monday-Friday and travel among the outpatient rehabilitation locations as needed.
