Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Fully remote; must live within the United States

Salary: $55,000–$70,000 base salary per year plus commissions

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare positions across multiple states.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, establish recruiting strategies, and maintain candidate momentum.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, and manage pre-employment activities.
• Build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions while sharing market insights on candidate availability and compensation.
• Maintain requisitions, candidate stages, workflows, and recruiting data in Workday Recruiting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, high-volume, or multi-site environments.
• Experience recruiting for clinical, allied health, and healthcare support roles is preferred.
• Experience with Workday Recruiting, including requisitions, candidate stages, and workflows, is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source candidates and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely while living within the United States.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting across different healthcare role types and levels.
