What you will do

• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and direct sourcing.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and screening through candidate submission, hiring support, onboarding, and pre-employment processes.
• Conduct interviews and assessments, review candidate materials, and verify employment history, qualifications, compensation expectations, availability, and work authorization.
• Build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies for competitive and hard-to-fill markets, and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
• Present qualified candidates and detailed assessments to Account Managers while collaborating on hiring priorities and market conditions.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and track recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple job functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting databases, CRM platforms, sourcing tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern recruiting technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in a staffing agency, recruiting firm, RPO, or corporate talent acquisition environment.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare, technical, operational, administrative, skilled trades, finance, engineering, IT, or executive-level positions.
• Knowledge of advanced sourcing methods, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence tools.
• Professional certifications such as AIRS, CIR, CPC, CTS, SHRM-CP, or PHR.
