Registered Nurse Ambulatory - Gastroenterology - Full Time

Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.

What you will do

• Deliver nursing care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex.
• Provide phone triage, medication reconciliation, and medication refill support.
• Educate patients about test results and provider-directed plans of care.
• Prepare patients for consultations and follow-up visits.
• Support patient education, navigation, and care coordination, particularly for patients with IBD.
• Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation and maintain it throughout employment.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
