Field Service Representative (Turbomachinery)

Location: Utah, United States; on-site customer locations and field travel required

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, excluding overtime

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and commission turbomachinery and package systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, call-out services, and routine equipment adjustments.
• Use test equipment, gauges, hand tools, digital systems, schematics, and manufacturer specifications to diagnose malfunctions.
• Repair or replace faulty mechanical components and clean and lubricate equipment as needed.
• Provide direct customer service while resolving technical problems in field environments.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical maintenance for power supply equipment and oil and gas machinery.
• Knowledge of PLCs and automated process controls.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, initiative, and customer service skills.
• Must pass a Department of Transportation drug screen and physical fitness evaluation.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to obtain required transportation worker credentials and offshore certification when necessary.
