Manager Corporate Strategy

Location: Dallas, TX, USA

Salary: $105,100–$147,100 annually

A large baking company with more than 20,000 associates across bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes, producing branded bakery and snack products.

What you will do

• Identify critical business issues, risks, and growth opportunities using analytics and structured work plans.
• Develop insights and recommendations for senior management.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across corporate and operational functions.
• Manage assignments, resources, priorities, and deadlines with minimal intervention.
• Translate company strategy into actionable, quantifiable, and measurable market-level plans.
• Communicate company strategies to relevant stakeholders and support implementation across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in management consulting, strategic planning, corporate strategy, finance, investment banking, or product management.
• At least 5 years of overall work experience, including 2 years in a relevant strategy, finance, consulting, or product management function.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
• Advanced capability with spreadsheets, databases, data analysis, and presentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods or with large retailers is preferred; an MBA is preferred.
