What you will do

• Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and hirify.global teams to shape corporate strategy.
• Support the annual strategic planning process.
• Work with executives on critical strategic projects across the company.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.
• Support M&A and corporate development priorities.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree from a top-tier university.
• 3+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or in-house strategy.
• Proven track record of impact and strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder groups.
• Superior communication skills and a demonstrated growth mindset.
