Program Supervisor

Location: Anderson, Indiana, USA

Wage: $17.75 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise and oversee employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor and coordinate services to ensure individual support needs are met.
• Ensure all direct-service shifts are staffed.
• Train employees and conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Support safety, comfort, personal growth, and daily living activities, including mobility, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.

Requirements

• Ability to provide direct support to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities or complex medical needs.
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate services, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to support daily living activities and ensure individual safety.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Anderson, Indiana.
