Business Process Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Canada; work location at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Current Canadian work authorization is required.

Salary: CAD 111,000–146,000 in total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target bonus.

What you will do

• Lead discovery activities, problem-solving workshops, and business process change initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze complex business issues, identify process risks and pain points, and design solutions aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Create end-to-end process maps, value stream maps, operating procedures, technical requirements, and target operating models.
• Prepare communications, presentations, training materials, and other documentation for business stakeholders and senior management.
• Partner with Risk, business teams, Learning & Development, and technology implementation teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Identify and implement digitalization and automation opportunities using appropriate technology tools and processes.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in IT, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Business Process Analysis or Business Process Management education and/or relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in business process management, process improvement, or operational excellence.
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with business case development and financial modelling, plus an understanding of financial services processes and technology trends.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
