Industry Executive - Community Financial Institutions - Mountain/Midwest

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional in-person attendance at work-related events and travel to customer locations and conferences as necessary. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Salary: $92,250–$153,750 annually, plus commission earnings. Commission targets are generally 20%–50% of base salary.

What you will do

• Drive new business and revenue growth among community financial institutions across the Mountain and Midwest regions.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and relationship development through presentations, contract negotiations, closing, and account handoff.
• Sell tailored, value-based solutions to credit unions and regional banks while addressing objections and client needs.
• Build and manage C-level relationships and complex, matrixed accounts.
• Partner with internal teams and sales peers to expand existing customer relationships through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Use market insights and customer feedback to shape sales strategy, support product innovation, and represent hirify.global at client meetings and industry events.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial services sales or leadership within a bank or credit union.
• Strong knowledge of community financial institutions and a record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business goals.
• Demonstrated success building C-level relationships, managing complex accounts, and closing new business.
• Strong prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• United States work authorization without employer immigration sponsorship is required.
