Associate Account Executive (Fintech)

Location: Northbrook, Illinois, United States; hybrid

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 annual salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus

What you will do

• Assist Inside Sales Account Executives with preparing loan agreements.
• Approve and underwrite quotes up to $750,000.
• Answer inbound calls from agents, collect required information, provide quotes, and support account management inquiries.
• Support Account Executives with quote follow-up.
• Act as the primary Account Executive for an assigned region when Account Executives are out of the office.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in financial services, bank operations, wires, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, punctuality, organization, and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe, and internet applications.
