Senior Project Manager (Manufacturing Transformation)

Location: Houston, Texas, USA; hybrid work with travel primarily between U.S. operational locations approximately twice per month

What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of a future-state manufacturing Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate the consolidation and transition of manufacturing operations from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Rochester, New York.
• Manage facility and layout optimization, production line and equipment relocation, process alignment, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate organizational change activities, including role mapping, communications, training, and change adoption.
• Integrate ERP, manufacturing systems, infrastructure, and data migration dependencies into the transition plan.
• Lead governance, stakeholder alignment, vendor management, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, safety, compliance, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, business, project management, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive project or program management experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience leading manufacturing or facility consolidations, site transfers, operational integrations, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with Target Operating Models, organizational change, manufacturing technology, ERP, MES, or related business systems.
• Strong financial, commercial, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately twice per month between U.S. operational locations and support critical project activities outside standard working hours when required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification.
• Practical knowledge of Lean, Agile, Kaizen, structured problem solving, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Power BI, data analytics, project management, transformation, and reporting tools.
