Project Manager II (Manufacturing): Managing cross-functional engineering projects for new product development, manufacturing automation, and process improvement with an accent on project planning, risk management, and engineering change coordination. Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; onsite position.
Salary: $39.06–$50.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Manage cross-functional engineering projects from concept through implementation and closeout.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate execution with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Automation Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Facilitate project reviews, status updates, stakeholder communications, and leadership reporting.
- Coordinate Engineering Change Management activities and support timely engineering changes.
- Support manufacturing automation, capital equipment, robotics, process improvement, and product launch initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of project management experience, including cross-functional work in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum, including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization.
- Experience with budgeting, capital and operating expense planning, resource allocation, capacity planning, forecasting, scheduling, risk management, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management tools.
- Successful background check and negative drug test required; ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
Nice to have
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
- Degree in Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Power BI, manufacturing automation, capital equipment, industrial systems, ECM, PLM, or ERP systems.
