Supplier Relationship Manager (Technology)

Location: United States

Salary: $102,300–$147,050 annual base pay, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Develop and execute relationship plans for strategic technology suppliers aligned with business, category, contractual, and financial objectives.
• Own supplier governance, executive alignment, stakeholder coordination, and resolution of complex relationship issues.
• Partner with Sourcing, Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders on negotiations, renewals, amendments, and statements of work.
• Establish supplier scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, and governance across cost, quality, service, delivery, risk, and innovation.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, escalations, and performance improvements.
• Analyze market intelligence, benchmarks, and supplier performance data to support management decisions and value realization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Sourcing, or a similar function.
• Experience managing technology suppliers is required.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management, commercial negotiations, supplier scorecards, SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, conflict resolution, data analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence and operate as a strategic partner across enterprise functions.
