Operations Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Beloit, Wisconsin, USA — onsite. Primarily Monday through Friday during daytime business hours, with occasional early mornings, evenings, and on-call support required for a continuous 24/7/365 manufacturing operation.

What you will do

• Lead logistics, warehousing, materials management, inventory, and distribution activities supporting production and business requirements.
• Coordinate with the Site Leadership Team on priorities, performance, operational goals, and key performance indicators.
• Coach, train, and develop team members through goal setting, feedback, recognition, and career planning.
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, facility cleanliness, workflow efficiency, and Good Manufacturing Practices compliance.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control to resolve production, scheduling, process, and equipment issues.
• Maintain Environmental, Health and Safety compliance and support employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field with 3–5 years of industrial manufacturing experience, or a high school diploma with 5+ years of large-scale manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, production, or operations.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Beloit, Wisconsin, support continuous operations, and provide occasional after-hours coverage.
• Ability to climb stairs and vertical ladders, work at elevated heights, and lift up to 65 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with liquid processing or liquid manufacturing operations.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems, planning, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Failure Analysis, Process Safety Management, 5S, and World Class Continuous Improvement principles.
