Operations Supervisor - Backshift (Logistics)

Location: 176 Sundon Park Road, Luton, England LU3 3AN, United Kingdom; onsite role

Salary: £16.57 per hour, with premiums for hours worked between 7pm–10pm and 10pm–6am

What you will do

• Drive station and hub performance against operational targets and KPIs.
• Maintain internal and external customer care standards throughout the shift.
• Plan resources and improve operational efficiency.
• Produce depot reports and communicate operational updates to team members.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the team and station or hub.
• Manage, coach, train, and develop team members while enforcing company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Supervisory skills and experience.
• Ability to engage and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.
• Approachable and adaptable working style.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and delegate a busy workload.
• Availability for a 40-hour weekly backshift pattern.
