Service Coordinator II (HVAC)

Location: Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, United States; onsite Monday through Thursday and flexible work location on Fridays

Annual base salary: $51,078.33–$82,900.00; exception hourly compensation

What you will do

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment according to project needs, skills, and availability.
• Assign and dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians in coordination with Project Managers and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors.
• Coordinate with Parts and Acquisition departments as needed.
• Investigate customer concerns, route them to the appropriate staff, and respond to special requests.
• Generate work orders, review and forward project paperwork, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• College or technical school certificate or degree with one year of related experience and/or training, or a high school diploma/GED with three years of related experience and/or training.
• Strong customer service skills and confidence communicating by phone.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, or Temperature Controls is preferred.
